Pakistani and its problems

Being a common Pakistani, I often wonder what are the problems of our country

In a modern society, the main task of any state is to protect the interests of its people so that the people can be prosperous, and prosperous people are the sign of progress. These include bridging the gap between rich and poor and meeting every basic need; a state that fails to do so begins to decline.

The tragedy of Pakistani politics.
All the governments that we have passed through in the last 70 years, whether military or civil, came with the slogan of ending these problems and almost all of them failed because they were more interested in rewarding the elites and protecting their interests than solving the problems of the people.  An attempt was made to provide

Problems of Pakistani people

I will mention some important issues here, in which the first mention of the judicial system is necessary because the judicial system is very important to running a country, and if the courts continue to deliver justice on time, then the rule of law in the country will continue. It remains

Our Judicial System According to the World Justice Project 2021 report, our judicial system ranks 139 in the global ranking of the delivery of justice.
It is at number 130 in the list of countries, and under this judicial system, it has become difficult for ordinary Pakistanis to get justice.

The quality of education is also not good. In the educational ranking, we are behind India, Iran, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Nepal. About five million people in Pakistan are still living in poverty, of whom about one million are extremely poor. Such a large number of people are unable to provide basic facilities such as food, health, education, a home, and justice.

According to the Global Hunger Index report, Pakistan is on the list of 117 countries.
It is at number 94.
Eighty-two percent of children suffer from malnutrition, only thirty-five percent of the population has access to clean drinking water, one million, seven million children miss out on basic vaccines, and four million, two million children do not go to school.
Due to global warming, Pakistan's glaciers are melting fast, we don't have dams to store water, and we will face a water shortage in the coming years, which can be quite dangerous.

Resources of Pakistan

Pakistan is an agricultural country with an excellent canal system where wheat, cotton, sugarcane, and rice are grown in abundance.
Pakistan has huge reserves of coal, which can be utilised to save valuable foreign exchange for the country.
The mountains of Pakistan are rich in minerals.
Balochistan has vast reserves of oil and gas, which can be exploited to bring development and prosperity to the country.
